A BEAUTIFUL PLACE BY THE FJORD IN HARDANGER NORWAY

We have a house with 4 apartments which will rent out in its entirety. Total of 11 bedrooms with the possibility to insert additional beds for what you want. The place can be doubled if you lay 2 in each room.

The four apartments are divided as follows:

Apartment 1 – 5 rooms

Apartment 2 – 4 rooms

Apartment 3 – 3 rooms

Apartment 4 – 3 rooms

The house is an old boarding house that has been renovated and rebuild as 4 apartments. First floor consists of a large hall that is previous used for events like wedding, confirmations and other celebrations. It is a nice gathering place in the evenings. There is also a patio, garden and a nice little garage in concrete. (Excellent for barbecue if the weather is not right)

There is also internet and satellite in every apartment.

All apartments are fully furnished with new appliances.

The house is located on Mundheim in the enchanting Hardangerfjord only 20 meters from the sea and a river where salmon and trout go up, there is excellent fishing in the area. There is also great hiking area by the lakes in the mountains.

There is only 5 minutes drive to the well known Skogseidvatnet where you can fish in freswater, and do icefishing in the wintertime . See link bellow:

The offer consists of renting the whole house over several years. Those who may want to rent may rent for how long they want. We envisage 3-5 years rental period in the first instance with negotiation of several years if desired. Tenant / tenants have the opportunity to make various modifications if wanted, but in agreement with the owner.

Tenant / tenants will be able to utilize the entire building for the rent throughout the year. We envisage that the house can be used year round.

We will help you to assist at an agreed consideration if it should be needed. The nearest airport is Flesland / Bergen, approximately 1 hour from Mundheim. A rental car can be rented at the airport, and there is bus service.
