We are in search of skilled and motivated Product-line Champion who will be responsible for coordinating the market analysis, introduction, and technology road map for all products in our Wireline Tractor & Application portfolio excluding our Cleanout Services.  Market introduction of these products will require close coordination with Altus and Qinterra field locations worldwide which will require assisting the locations in developing the deployment and execution capabilities (personnel, facilities, maintenance programmes).Responsibilities & Tasks: MarketingDevelop market and competition analysis for PnP products and applicationsTechnology roadmap and product lifecycle planningEstablish the business plan for the product portfolio including sales projections, EBIT and all aspects of field executionHelp optimise market share and profitabilityField TestingIn coordination with Snr. Specialist and Field locations, set out the field test plan (FTP) criteria, clients and candidatesAssist the Field Test Supervisors (FTS) in assigning and getting the required resources  Review field test reports to validate product performance and visit clients/locations to get feedback on performanceSet up reporting system for FTSTechnicalProvide marketing input to Engineering on the product specificationsReview product performance from field locations and customers and feedback to Engineering  Coordinate training programmes for sales and operational personnel  Together with the Operations management and HR functions develop and improve recruitment, training and competence for field personnel running our Tractor & Application portfolioFinanceProvide the necessary inputs for CAPEX approvalsWith assistance from Finance and the field locations, consolidate and analyse financial performance for PnP productsRequirements:University degree (Master or Bachelor level) or equivalent operations and business experience in lieu of formal qualifications  5 - 10 years’ experience ideally in operational and/or technical roles in Wireline Tractor & Application Services or other associated wireline/completions products/servicesDocumented knowledge of industry technical standards and legislative maintenance management regulationsProfit-orientedExcellent analytical skillsCreativityIndependent in the execution of responsibilityExtrovert and capable of developing business relationsExcellent organizational skillsConfidence presenting to large groups of peopleGood IT/Software skillsHigh ethical standardWe offer:Friendly colleagues in an industry with a bright futureAn environment where you are encouraged to develop your skills and share your knowledge with your colleaguesCompetitive benefits and strong focus on work-life balance
