The society SSAFFARRY Industrial Implant S.r.l. works in the field of carpentry of heavy, middle and light metals.
In particular in fields of petrochemistry building of see platforms, of power and thermic stations, of refineries and of oil pipelines, and in the field of shipbuilding industry.
Moreover the same society works in the field of plant engineering (electric installations, air-conditioning units, heating systems, sprinkler systems, workplace safety, etc.).
It realizes directly, also shoulders the burden of planning, or supplies skilled labour of the required sector. We can provide both workers and supplies.
The previous works gave us the chance to have a good experience and a fair planning and processing skills also in fields of automation.
The available workers – at the moment more than 300 units – have the qualification of TIG, GMAW, SMAW and ship welders; fitter, pipe maker and ship carpenters (skilled in reading technical drawing); high-, middle- and low-tension electricians; electrofitters; welding, ship carpentry (hull) and industry plants technicians; marine, electronic, mechanical and oil systems engineers.
The objects of the previous works were the realization of work orders (subcontract work) for Siemens (subcontract work) realizing of parts of thermoelectric power plant; we provided skilled workers on oil platforms in the Norwegian see; we have built pipelines for the see platform Scarabeo 8 for Saipem; for Fincantieri in shipyards in Genoa and Palermo we have built oil platforms, tugboats and prefabricated ship parts.
The society can certify any work order according to the standard ISO 9001:2000 and has the certificate of qualification for Public Works since 1994 ex art. 2, c. 1 letter P) D.P.R. 34/2000 for the categories: OG11 Class. III; OS Class. II; OS4 Class. I; OS6 Class. II; OS18 Class. V; OS28 Class. II; OS30 Class. II. It has also Certificazione Italiana Sistemi Qualità Aziendali (Italian Certification of Quality Systems) RINA – QUACER.
