Sarens AS is expanding their business, and are to recruit a key employee to contribute to their further success in Norway.

We are now searching for an Operations Manager, being based in Trøndelag, to head up their nationwide Technical Solutions Department.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage our Technical Solutions Operations in a smooth, efficient and profitable way Plan and prepare the technical projects in cooperation with the project departmentOrganizing deliverables, manage staff and coordinate all operational activities Budget and planning Responsible for an optimal depot of equipment portfolio to support customer satisfaction and company resultsStrive for continuous improvement towards own performance and that of department and the Sarens entity as a whole Contribute to the strategy of the organisationBeing an Ambassador of Sarens towards future clients, suppliers, other third parties and internally Following up, monitoring and intervening when necessary, the annual plan of the Technical Solutions departmentHeading up our Technical Solutions Operations in Norway, you will also interact closely with our Global Technical Solution department in Sarens Group and also other key people across the WEU region
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Tough knowledge and experience with Mechanics, Stability and Strength Calculations Leadership skills and managerial experience Experience in project environments and a proven track record in working with project approachTechnical expertise combined with a commercial orientationCandidates with experience in similar/comparable position within the Heavy Lifting industry, will be preferredMaster in Mechanical and/or Civil EngineeringExtensive and relevant experience may compensate for education degreeIndustry related Safety Certificate for Managers (VOL)Fluent in Norwegian language and good command of the English languageAbility to build trust and long-lasting relations with customers based on quality and timely deliverables WE OFFER
